Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 July 2026

These terms apply when you use the SHUKE Labs website. By using the site, you agree to them.

Content and ownership

The content on this site — text, design, logos, and code — belongs to SHUKE Labs Ltd unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright. You are welcome to read and share links to it; please don't republish it as your own.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this site for anything unlawful or attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to it.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it is error-free or continuously available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SHUKE Labs Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Terms of sale

The paid product on this site is a subscription licence to the My AI Team bundle, sold as a monthly or annual plan. The bundle includes My AI Team, the Agent Quota Gateway, and Rewind.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which is the merchant and seller of record for every purchase. This means LemonSqueezy — not SHUKE Labs Ltd — handles the payment, charges and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and is the party you transact with at checkout. SHUKE Labs Ltd is the software licensor: we grant you the licence to use the software, while LemonSqueezy handles the sale.

Your right to use the software is governed by each product's own licence. My AI Team and Rewind are proprietary software, licensed for your use for as long as your subscription is active. The Agent Quota Gateway free core is source-available under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1); the bundle subscription covers its commercial use alongside the other products.

By completing a purchase you agree to these terms of sale, to LemonSqueezy's buyer terms shown at checkout, and to the rest of these Terms. These terms of sale are governed by the laws of New Zealand (see Governing law below), without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your own country.

Refund policy

Because LemonSqueezy is the seller of record, refunds are handled under LemonSqueezy's refund policy, shown at checkout. In general we support a refund within 14 days of purchase where the product has not worked as described. As a subscription, your plan can also be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals; cancelling stops the next charge but does not by itself refund the current period.

Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law. If you are a consumer in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 still applies. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory 14-day cooling-off right still applies — note that where you ask for immediate access to digital content, that right may end once delivery begins, as permitted by law.

To request a refund, use the receipt LemonSqueezy emails you at purchase (it links to LemonSqueezy's refund request flow), or email us at [email protected] and we will help you resolve it with LemonSqueezy.
