About SHUKE Labs

SHUKE Labs Ltd is a New Zealand software company. We build practical tools that help people get real work done — with a bias for shipping over ceremony.

What we build

Software for the people who build software: automation and workflow tools that cut the busywork out of everyday development, so more of your time goes to the work that actually matters. Alongside them, everyday apps for learning and productivity — small, focused products designed to be genuinely useful rather than merely feature-rich.

Our lead product is My AI Team — a framework where AI agents claim tickets, write code, open PRs, and merge them on their own, with a person keeping direction and the final merge gate. It is available today as a self-hosted product at mat.shukelabs.com, and a hosted version, My AI Team Cloud, is in development.

Apps

Everyday apps for learning and productivity, including tools for language learners. Small, focused products designed to be genuinely useful rather than merely feature-rich.
